Audit - Compare existing development process with national standards such as IOM and CMSS, high quality and similar programs. Document differences and grade agreement with comparable programs. Assess likelihood of being viewed as non-compliant. Review resources including personnel, finances and expected timelines. Document existing and intended program objectives and scope.
Analysis - Assessment of resource/quality/timeline expectation options including financial restrictions.
Ask (optional) - Interview key leaders as to their program expectations, compare to existing program. Drive to consensus pathway forward.
Action - Detailed report including recommendations for achieving pathway forward. Documentation of alternatives.
